If you want to get your floors clean without using harsh chemicals, you need to get a steamer. It is powered by electricity, which heats water in a container. When water is heated to a proper degree, the steam is produced which allows dirt and grease. It saves you a lot of effort and time that would otherwise be necessary to clean the floor. You can use the mop on hard surfaces such as stone, ceramic, marble and hardwood floors. It is important that you clean your Steam Mop well after use. This will not only maintain its effectiveness, but also prolong its life. Below is a guide.
Hardware Requirements

* Distilled water
Baking soda *
* Detergent
* A soft cloth

Step 1 - disconnect the machine

Pull the cord from the wall outlet before cleaning. If the machine has been used, the mop and the bottom is hot from the operation of the machine. Allow about 15 minutes for the machine to cool completely.
Step 2 - empty the tank after use

Always empty the tank after each use. When you exit the water in the tank there is a higher risk for mold or corrosion to develop.
Step 3 - Soak and wash soiled Pads

The steam cleaner comes with the fringe buffers. However, mop can be washed after each use. This will help stretch the carpet any longer. Detach used mop. Soak dirty buffers after use with a little regular laundry detergent and a tablespoon of baking soda. Allow about 15 minutes for the detergent to work on the dirt. Wash and rinse thoroughly with water. You should aim to remove all traces of soap. Hang the rug outside to air dry. Make sure they dry completely before storing. Alternatively, you can machine wash with warm water, then tumble dry.
Step 4 - Clean the tank

Dampen a soft cloth with warm water. Wipe the inside of the tank. Be sure to reach all areas. Clean the outside as well with a damp cloth. Once you notice the cloth becomes dirty, it is preferable to change and use another cloth to finish the job. Put the tank aside in a safe place.
Step 5 - Wipe Steam Mop

Use a soft damp cloth to wipe the steam. Be sure to wipe the entire surface. Several canvases can be necessary to do the job. Gather all the rags when finished. You can wash in the washing machine and tumble dry.
Step 6 - Attach Tank

Install the clean tank in the boat. However, do not fill with water. It is best to fill the tank just before serving.
Step 7 - Storage

Once clean, fully assembled, the machine shop in a vertical position. Make sure the storage area is dry and free of dust.
